Shipping and delivery

The different means of delivery

We offer 3 modes of delivery:

In relay points from 2 to 5 days

Home delivery from 2 to 4 days

Express delivery from 1 to 2 days

Your parcels are on average shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment

The delivery will be offered to you that it is a delivery in points relay or with residence from 70€ of purchases bound for Metropolitan France

If the products need to be returned to us, they must be requested from the seller
within 14 days after delivery

Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted

The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions…)
